There are two modes available for these security lights:

1. Auto motion mode: The light remains off until motion is detected, at which point it will turn on at 1600lm.

2. Dim light mode: The light will shine at a dim 40lm at night when no motion is detected, but will brighten to 1600lm when motion is sensed.

Tips for installation:

1. Position the solar lights outdoor motion sensor away from any shading caused by trees or buildings to maximize energy absorption.

2. Adjust the angle of the solar panel so that it is directly facing sunlight.

3. The package includes only wall mounting accessories.

4. The flood lights outdoor motion sensor will not always emit a strong light; it will only do so when an object enters its detection range.
